These terms govern your use of Spk2Me. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Spk2Me lets you build a conversational AI video avatar — trained on a video of you and the career information you provide — that other people can talk with in place of reading a traditional resume.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Spk2Me.
You agree not to:
Submitted videos are reviewed before an avatar is trained; we may decline or ask you to resubmit a video that doesn't meet our recording requirements (for example, visibility of your face or audio quality).
You retain ownership of the career information, video, and other content you submit ("your content"). By submitting it, you grant Spk2Me and its service providers (including Tavus, which builds and hosts the avatar itself) the license needed to process, store, and use your content solely to build, operate, and deliver your conversational avatar and the underlying service.
Your avatar is publicly reachable. Once live, anyone with your profile link can start a conversation with your avatar, and it will draw on the career content you provided. You control what content you include and can edit or remove it at any time from your account.
Some features of Spk2Me may require a paid subscription. Where that applies, pricing will be clearly presented to you before you're charged, and you'll be able to manage or cancel your subscription from your account.
You may delete your account at any time from your account page, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Spk2Me is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't responsible for how third parties (such as an employer or recruiter) interpret or act on a conversation with your avatar.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spk2Me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
